When can I start using my benefits?
Your benefits are available once your paid membership is active. Sign in with the email used for your membership. If your discount is not working, please contact us.
How do I use my 10% member discount?
Sign in with the email used for your membership and enter your member discount code at checkout. You can find the code in the Thryft Club Membership tab in your account.
Your 10% member discount cannot be combined with other order discount codes.
How does the S$10 welcome voucher work?
Your first paid Thryft Club sign-up includes one S$10 welcome voucher for a later order. It is valid for one year and cannot be combined with other discount codes. Renewing or rejoining does not issue another welcome voucher.
How does annual renewal work?
Your membership automatically renews every year at the price shown above. Cancelling renewal keeps your benefits until the end of your paid year. Contact us for help managing your subscription.
A full membership refund ends that paid period's benefits and cancels an unused welcome voucher. Refunds for other items do not affect your membership.
Is Thryft Club the same as a Thryft account?
A Thryft account is free. Thryft Club is our paid annual membership with storewide savings and member-only perks. Use the same email for your account and membership.
How will I hear about member-only events?
Subscribe to Thryft emails to receive member news and invitations. You can unsubscribe at any time.
