The Whale That Fell in Love With a Submarine
The Whale That Fell in Love With a Submarine

War's impact on children, hauntingly poetic tales.

If you're drawn to stories that merge the poignant reality of war with a lyrical and almost fantastical narrative, "The Whale That Fell in Love With a Submarine" could resonate deeply with you. The trajectory of children through the devastation of war is retold with a sensitivity that only someone like Nosaka, with his own harrowing experiences, could convey. This collection is not just historical accounts but a touching and at times painfully beautiful look into the resilience and innocence of youth amidst turmoil.

Note: While we do our best to ensure the accuracy of cover images, ISBNs may at times be reused for different editions of the same title which may hence appear as a different cover.
