Binding of book is loose. Some fading, shelfwear and few waterstains on covers of book. Some tanning and foxing on edges of book. Slight foxing on endpapers. Fraying of binding on front endpaper. Annotations in pencil on back endpaper. Very little foxing and slight creasing on certain pages, otherwise in good condition. Maps remain intact.
