The Manual of Horsemanship of the British Horse Society and the Pony Club

This, the sixth, edition has been considerably revised and is recommended for use by members of the British Horse Society, the Pony Club, the Riding Clubs and by other associated organisations. It covers, with "Training the Young Horse and Pony," the entire syllabus of the Pony Club and has the aim of laying the foundations for good, basic and effective horsemanship which can later be developed, as desired, into more specialised forms of riding. It is also applicable to those of more mature age.
