Binding of book is intact. Signs of wear near edges of covers. Gilt in very good condition. Tanning around edges of book. Some shelf wear on bottom edge. Annotations on first two pages. Barely any foxing on pages, though gently warped, are in excellent condition. Thumbprint and tears on first map of book, otherwise maps and plates are intact.
