Retro Active, Def Leppard's first compilation, returns as a double vinyl LP in a 2022 Mercury/UMC reissue. Originally issued in 1993, the collection pairs touched-up B-sides with previously unreleased material recorded from 1984 to 1993, including Desert Song and Fractured Love along with revised versions of I Wanna Be Your Hero. The release showcases Def Leppard's blend of glossy hard rock and melodic hooks from the Hysteria era through the early 90s, highlighting the band's enduring craft.
