Björk's Bastards is a Biophilia remix collection that reimagines material from Björk's Biophilia project through collaborations with Death Grips, Hudson Mohawke, Omar Souleyman, These New Puritans, Alva Noto, and more. Originally released in 2012 as a remix compilation, Bastards received a 2023 vinyl LP reissue on One Little Independent, remastered for a cohesive listening experience by Mandy Parnell. The LP includes remixed versions of Crystalline, Virus, Sacrifice, Mutual Core, Hollow, Thunderbolt, Dark Matter, Solstice, and Moon among its 13 tracks. This release underscores Björk's collaborative and experimental approach and Biophilia's influence on contemporary electronic music.
