According to John Wilson, "conceptual analysis gives framework and purposiveness to thinking that might otherwise meander indefinitely and purposelessly among the vast marshes of intellect and culture". Chapter I offers relevant techniques. Chapters II and IV apply techniques to concepts and give readers examples on which to practise. Chapter III includes general remarks on philosophy and analysis.

Sticker on front endpaper, labelled "MPH". Price and name written at start of book, otherwise pages are in very good condition, with minimal foxing on certain pages.
