Recorded during Miles Davis and John Coltrane’s final European tour, The Final Tour: Copenhagen, March 24, 1960 captures their Copenhagen concert at Tivoli Konsertsal, a historic meeting of two jazz pioneers. The set includes Introduction, So What, On Green Dolphin Street (Parts 1 and 2), All Blues, and The Theme (Incomplete), performed with the formidable rhythm section of Wynton Kelly, Paul Chambers and Jimmy Cobb. Released by Sony Legacy as part of the Miles Davis Bootleg Series, this first official vinyl edition presents the historic show with liner notes by Ashley Kahn. This performance stands as a high-water mark of the Davis-Coltrane collaboration and a defining moment in jazz history.
