Description

The idea for the book first came about as a result of the author helping someone who was suicidal and who left him a compilation of poems, sad, depressed and angry poems as a parting gift. From reading the poems, the author then went on to write the book, with the rather bold title, asking God if he got upset if someone swore at him, like the suicidal person did. The underlying theme of the book is the character of God, what kind of a God he is and how he is perceived. Is he an authoritarian who raps our fingers each time we do wrong or jumps on us when we step out of line, or someone who cares and understands. God replies in the book, in a very down to earth and humorous way.
